Biological Control of Myzus Persicae (Sulzer) By Release Coccinella Septempunctata L. On Strawberry Plants Under Glasshouse Conditions

This study was carried out to evaluate the management of Myzus persicae (Sulzer) (Hemiptera: Aphididae) which infesting strawberry plants  Fragaria ananassa (L.) by releasing different levels seven spotted lady beetle, Coccinella septempunctata L. (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae). under glasshouse conditions at two locations (Governorates), Nobariya (Behera governorate) and Perkash (Giza during season 2019/2020.    The C. released for one time beginning February on strawberryplants rates 30, 60 90 eggs/plant. In first level release (30 eggs/plant), Behera Governorate reduction percentages in population M. increased gradually whereas it 21.0, 31.0, 41.0, 44.0 50.0% mid-February, first-March, mid-March, first-April mid-April, respectively. same trend achieved Giza Governorate.
